Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
  • The competition is promoted and administered by Professional Use Pty Ltd, supporting the Y.S.PARK Professional brand in Australia and managed through the official Instagram account @ysparkaustralia.
  1. Eligibility
  • Open to residents located in Australia or New Zealand only.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid entries require the featured tools to have been purchased from either:
    • PU Online Store (professionaluse.com.au)
    • Y.S.PARK Online Store (ysparkaustralia.com.au)
  • Tools must have been purchased between 1 November 2025 → 2 December 2025.
  • By entering, participants agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions outlined here-in.
  • Ambassadors and employees may participate for spotlight/feature consideration only and are not eligible for Store Credit prizes.
  1. Competition Period
  • Opens: Cyber Monday — 1 December 2025 at 9:00 AM (AEDT)
  • Closes: 7 December 2025 at 11:59 PM (AEDT)
  • Entries submitted after the closing date/time will not be considered.
  1. How to Enter
  • Entrants must publish the post themselves on Instagram.
  • Post must feature Y.S.PARK Professional tools and include at least 1 Y.S.PARK Professional tool purchased from us during the Eligibility period.
  • Y.S.PARK tools purchased outside of the Eligibility period may still be featured in entries, provided that at least one eligible purchase is clearly shown in the post.
  • Featured tools must be genuine Y.S.PARK Professional products.
  • Post must tag our official Instagram account @ysparkaustralia.
  • Instagram profile must remain public during the entry period so tags are visible.
  • Participants may post in multiple formats (Stories, Feed photo posts, or Reels) to gain additional entries.

  • Entries stack if posted across multiple formats.
  • Entries are allocated based on the post format only.
  • Likes, followers, comments, or any engagement metrics do not determine or influence entry allocation or judging outcomes.
  • More posts = more opportunities to stand out and impress. Creativity = what wins.
  1. Judging & Winner Selection
  • 3 winners total selected internally by the Professional Use Pty Ltd Team.
  • All entries are reviewed, and winners are chosen based on:
    • Creativity
    • Premium aesthetic and layout
    • Tools clearly showcased
    • Originality and craftsmanship
  • Increased entries offer more chances to be noticed, featured, and shortlisted, but winners are never selected by draw, vote, or engagement metrics.
  • All judging decisions are final.
  1. Prize
  • The prize pool is reserved for customer participants only.
  • 3 winners total.
  • Each winner receives $150 Store Credit.
  • Total prize pool: $450 Store Credit.
  • Store Credit will be issued and redeemable only through the storefront the winning order was originally placed from:
    • PU purchase → redeemed on the Professional Use website
    • YS Park purchase → redeemed on the Y.S.PARK website
  • The $150 Store Credit prize is issued to one person, and can only be redeemed on one individual online account, regardless of the Instagram profile used for entry.
  • Store Credit is valid for Y.S.PARK Professional products only.
  • Store Credit cannot be:
    • exchanged for cash, gift cards, or alternative credit forms
    • transferred between people or accounts
    • combined across storefronts
    • used to offset past order charges
  1. Prize Issuing, Contact & Claim
  • Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories between 7 December → 11 December 2025.
  • Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM from @ysparkaustralia.
  • If contacted, winners must provide proof of purchase for at least one Y.S.PARK Professional tool shown in their post, bought during the Eligibility period.
  • Proof of purchase may include: order confirmation, tax invoice, or official order email.
  • If proof is requested:
    • it must be supplied within 14 days of contact
    • failure to provide it within this window makes the entry ineligible for the prize
    • the promoter may then select a new winner at their discretion
  • Store Credit is applied directly by the promoter to the winners' online account once proof of purchase is supplied.
  • Once applied, winners redeem by:
  1. Logging into the original purchase account
  2. Shopping as normal
  3. Using the Store Credit option shown at checkout
  • If a winner does not respond to DM contact within 14 days, the promoter may select a replacement winner.
  • All prize and eligibility decisions by the promoter are final.
  1. Content Usage & Rights
  • By entering, participants grant the promoter (Professional Use Pty Ltd and Y.S.PARK Australia) a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to reuse, reshare, publish, display, reformat, and repurpose submitted content at any time across:
    • Social Media
    • Marketing Campaigns
    • E-commerce Webpages
    • Digital Email Campaigns (e.g., EDM/Mailchimp/SMS marketing assets)
  • Content usage has:
    • no expiration
    • no usage cap
    • no royalty cost
  • No additional approval or compensation is required beyond submission, but creator credit will remain where already visible on the original tag/post.
  1. Personal Data Collection & Data Protection
  • Professional Use Pty Ltd may collect personal data already visible via your Instagram tag/profile (e.g., Instagram name, handle, and posted content) for the purpose of:
    • verifying competition eligibility
    • competition administration
    • issuing Store Credit prizes (if a winner)
    • spotlight entry reshares under the usage licence granted
  • No new order details are collected, resubmitted, or stored, as purchase verification is completed internally using pre-existing order data.
  • All personal data will be:
    • kept confidential
    • stored securely
    • protected against unauthorised access
    • handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
  • Any data collected will be kept confidential and stored securely.
  1. Competition Scope
  • This competition is a creative showcase campaign celebrating Y.S.PARK tool collections.
  • Participation is voluntary and not tied to reimbursement, cash, or credit for previous purchases outside the Eligibility period.
  1. Responsible Conduct & Entry Standards
  • Entries must comply with all applicable laws in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Entries must not include illegal, harmful, abusive, or unsafe activity.
  • The competition does not permit entries from individuals under 18, and content that reasonably appears to feature anyone under 18 (including children or minors) is not eligible.
  • Entries must not contain content that is:
    • Offensive, abusive, or threatening
    • Defamatory, false, or misleading
    • Unsafe, dangerous, or encouraging harm
    • In breach of Instagram/Meta community standards or Australian Consumer Law
  • Entries breaching competition rules or legal compliance may be removed, rejected, or disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.
  • Judging decisions are final, and attempts to influence outcomes through illegal or unethical means will result in immediate disqualification.
  • The promoter reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that does not align with competition or legal standards.

  • This competition and promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or affiliated partners.
  • All participants enter voluntarily and agree to these Terms and the content usage licence granted.
